DESCRIPTION
We present a station of stone houses in the so-called solitude, built long ago by a family from the local area. Houses with stories from the distant past are now on paper - ruins with a total floor area of approx. 278 m2.
It is about 4 buildings, stone beauties tucked into the nature at the foot of the Učka mountain and its Natural Park. The land with a total size of 3,306 m2 enters with its 3,137 m2 within the construction zone. Bounded at the same time by land owned by the Republic of Croatia, this combined land and its stone Istrian memories unite the story of the natural beauty of this part of eastern Istria.
